• Just a line to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday to Italy and how  your excellent services added significantly to the whole exciting holiday experience. At the unearthly hour of 3.45 you were already waiting outside the door ready to take us and the luggage to East Midlands airport. I think we all appreciated the Mercedes  - travel in style, eh? You took us almost to the door of 'Departures'! What particularly impressed me, John, was the care you took way before the trip itself - things like ensuring you knew our flight number for the return in order to meet us once we cleared security etc....and thank you for finding the sunglasses I left in the car!  The finishing touch for all of us (and one much appreciated) was the loaf of bread and litre of milk you gave to us on our  return - a much needed "home coming" present. Thank you, John - a truly professional job!
